Sequence – ring members in order (top to bottom).

Simultaneous – ring all listed members at the same time.

Destination row(s) – For each member/number you want to ring:

  • Destination – pick Extension or PSTN (external number).
  • Destinations – the specific extension/number.
  • Delay (Seconds) – time to wait before this member starts ringing.
  • Timeout (Seconds) – how long this member rings before moving on (Sequence) or timing out (Simultaneous).
  • Prompt – Yes/No. If Yes, require the callee to press a key to accept (useful to avoid voicemail auto‑answer).
