How it works
Once SMS forwarding is enabled on your number, any incoming text message is instantly forwarded to your chosen destination. You stay in control at all times through your online account portal, where you can update your forwarding preferences whenever you need to.
Forwarding options
We give you the flexibility to choose how and where your messages are delivered:
- Forward to a phone number — Receive the SMS directly on any mobile or landline number, anywhere in the world. You can even set multiple numbers to make sure the message always gets through.
- Forward to an email address — Get your incoming SMS delivered straight to your inbox. Perfect for keeping a record of messages or managing them alongside your emails. Multiple email addresses are supported.
- Forward via API — Built for businesses and developers. When an SMS arrives, we automatically send the message details to a URL of your choice, making it easy to integrate incoming texts into your own systems, CRM, or automated workflows. To set this up, simply enter your URL in the account portal. When a message comes in, we will call your URL and automatically attach the following information:
- from — the phone number that sent the SMS
- text — the content of the message
- to — the number on your account that received the SMS
For example, if your URL is
https://www.mydomain.com/SMS_api?— when an SMS arrives, we will deliver it to:https://www.mydomain.com/SMS_api?from=+1234567890&text=Hello&to=+9876543210Your system receives everything it needs in a single, clean request — ready to process, store, or act on automatically.
