Every PBXme account includes built-in conference rooms. Each room is assigned an internal extension number and protected by a PIN code. Participants join by calling any DID that has been forwarded to the conference room extension.
There is no third-party bridge, no per-minute charge, and no participant cap. The conference room is part of your phone system infrastructure — available 24/7.
Multiple rooms can run simultaneously on the same account. Each room operates independently with its own PIN and participant list.

How to Set Up a Conference Room
Three steps to your first multi-party call.
Create the Room
In your PBXme portal, navigate to Conference Rooms and create a new room. Assign it an internal extension number and set a PIN code for access control.
Point a DID to the Room
In Dynamic Forwarding for any of your virtual numbers, select Conference Room as the destination and choose your room. Callers who dial that number enter the conference directly.
Share the Details
Share the DID phone number and PIN with participants. They dial the number, enter the PIN, and join the conference. No app required — works from any phone.
