Are all PBX features really free?

Yes — IVR, call queues, ring groups, conference rooms, voicemail, time conditions, and dynamic call forwarding are all included at no extra cost with every virtual number plan. The only metered feature is call recording, charged at $0.01 per minute of recorded audio.

How many extensions can I create?

Unlimited. There is no cap on the number of SIP extensions you can add to your account. Each extension gets its own voicemail, call forwarding settings, and feature code access.

Does PBXme include IVR / Auto Attendant for free?

Yes. IVR is fully included with every plan. You can build multi-level call menus with custom recorded greetings, routing callers to extensions, queues, conference rooms, or any other destination.

Do I need to pay extra for call queues?

No. Call queues are included at no extra cost. Callers wait in queue in order of arrival, and agents retrieve the next caller by dialing the queue number from their SIP device.

How does call recording pricing work?

Call recording is available for all inbound and outbound calls at $0.01 per minute of recorded audio. You can toggle recording on and off per call using feature codes, or enable automatic recording for all calls on your account.

Can I route calls differently on weekends or after hours?

Yes. Time Conditions let you define routing rules by day of week and time of day — for example, sending calls to an IVR during business hours and straight to voicemail outside them.
